Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SiteProof. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them — please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account through the sign-up flow or by using SiteProof in any other way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. User Obligations

When you use the SiteProof account you create via the sign-up form, you agree to the following:

  • Maintain account security: keep your password confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Use SiteProof only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the content you upload — including jobsite photos, captions, and damage notes — and that you have the right to share that content.
  • Do not infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer SiteProof, probe its systems, or interfere with its security or operation.

3. Service Description

SiteProof helps contractors turn jobsite photos into client-ready reports. You capture photos on site, our AI-assisted damage-note drafting helps you write condition notes, severity tags, and suggested next steps, and SiteProof renders client-ready PDF reports from that content.

You retain all rights to the photos, notes, and report content you upload. When you use the damage-note drafting feature, the content of the active draft is sent to our AI provider so it can produce its suggestions — the provider only processes the content of the active draft, we do not use your photos or reports to train third-party AI models.

4. Payment Terms

Paid SiteProof plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. By starting a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

Subscription billing is handled via Stripe checkout. A 14-day free trial may be offered on the home page; trial availability and exact plan tiers are listed on the public pricing section of the home page. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until you cancel.

Refunds are handled per Stripe's refund policy and applicable consumer-protection law. If you have a billing question, email siteproof-5@polsia.app.

5. Limitation of Liability

SiteProof is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every result will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of SiteProof is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

You may close your SiteProof account at any time from your profile, or by emailing siteproof-5@polsia.app with an account-closure request.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that pose a security risk, or that misuse the service. Where reasonably possible we will notify you at the email address on file via a transactional email before suspension takes effect.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

For legal process or formal notices, contact us at siteproof-5@polsia.app.
